Introduction of the mold grinding stone "YHB" - Samples available.

Suitable for dry use.

The product we would like to introduce from our main product line of mold grinding wheels is the "YHB." The "YHB" is a ceramic grinding wheel for rough to medium finishing, which is impregnated with general-purpose phenolic resin on a WA grinding wheel. Due to its high resin strength, it is less likely to break under heavy loads during grinding, such as rib polishing, and it experiences less wear even when grinding rough surfaces. It is suitable for cases where a dry-use option is needed. The hardness of the grinding wheel is of type "I." We are currently offering free samples, so please feel free to contact us for more details!! ↓↓↓ ---------------------------------- Yamato Grinding Wheel Co., Ltd. Introduction of the mold grinding stone "YHB-T" - Samples available.

The mold grinding stone with the highest strength in the YH series.

The product we would like to introduce from our main product line of mold grinding wheels is the 'YHB-T'. This is a ceramic grinding wheel for rough to medium finishing, which is impregnated with high-fracture-resistance phenolic resin in WA grinding wheels, and it is the strongest product in the YH series. It provides a smooth finish when cutting and removing the altered layer of materials after machining or electrical discharge machining, especially when surface roughness is a priority. Additionally, due to its strength, it is less likely to break during roughing operations under load or when working with small-sized grinding wheels. However, it tends to clog easily in dry conditions, so please use it wet. We recommend "BLUE CUT" from our company. The hardness of the grinding wheels comes in three types: "L" (hard), "J" (medium), and "H" (soft). Currently, we are offering free samples, so please feel free to contact us for more details!! ↓↓↓
